Nikki Woollatt Felts needle felted sculptures and pictures are intended for display/ornamental purposes only and should be kept away from small children and pets as despite being firmly felted rough handling (or chewing!) is likely to cause damage to the item and may create a choking hazard.

Postage
Items which are in stock will be posted within 3 working days of order.

Made to order items may take up to 3 weeks to be created and posted, depending on current order list and whether it is a small or large item.

If you require something by a particular date (for a birthday for example) please message me to discuss… I will always try to accommodate and sometimes have unsold stock I can withdraw from one of my retailers to enable quicker delivery.

I hope you will be happy with your order. If not please contact me to see if there is an issue which can be resolved. If you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item you must notify Nikki Woollatt Felts in writing within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note: Unless faulty, items that are personalised, bespoke or have been made-to-order are non refundable.

Workshops: Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 4 weeks before the course starts
