We are UK based and all items are made and shipped from the UK. Shipping times vary but after your order has been dispatched, the following table gives a good indication of shipping time. UK: 1-3 business days. Europe: 3-7 business days. USA and Canada: 5-10 business days. Asia, Africa, South America, Austrilasia: 10-21 business days. Shipping by 1st class mail for UK orders, Airmail for all overseas orders. All items will be insured for their full value. Higher value orders will be sent recorded mail. If you require expedited shipping, please ask prior to ordering and we can arrange that for you but please note that additional charges may apply. We will always email youto let you know that your order has been shipped. International customs charges are the customer's responsibility, we cannot will not be responsible for any customs charges that may apply to your order.
We hope you will be delighted with your order but if there is any kind of problem, please contact us and we will be happy to help. You are welcome to return any premade item that is unused, with tags still attached and in the same condition as it was shipped out in. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and items must be clearly marked UK CLOTHING RETURN to avoid any customs delays or charges. we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting/postal insurance and we cannot not be responsible for any goods whilst they are in transit. We will refund your payment via the original payment method, minus shipping charges. You need to contact us within 7 days of receipt to advise us that you wish to make a return and your item must be shipped back within 7 days of our reply. Items that are custom made to your specifications are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing fault. Every effort is made to ensure that the details of any custom made items are confirmed with you before your place your order. In the unlikely event that your item has a fault, you will need to return your item for inspection. We will not accept returns on items that have been damaged by the customer and we can tell the difference!! Provided we are happy that the fault is genuine, you will be offered a refund, repair or replacement. Faults may only be reported within 28 days of receipt. All items are carefully packaged but in the event of an order being damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. You then need to ship your item back within 7 days of our reply. You will be offered a refund, repair or replacement. If you believe your order has been lost in the mail, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help. In the vast majority of cases, items are waiting at your local sorting office, with a neighbour or in a shed or outhouse. Please check these first, items generally show up in one of these places. Rarely, items do get lost and we will do our best to locate them for you, or offer a replacement item.
