The MDF horseshoe has been covered with green paper on the front and cream on the back, I’ve added a banner with the words Good Luck in gold across the centre. 3 lucky four-leafed clovers have been made from green pearl paper and green faux gems and placed at either end of the banner and a tiny cream butterfly sits at the bottom. A creamy-beige ribbon allows the horseshoe to be hung up if wanted. It comes in a acetate front presentation box.
I use a variety of techniques and materials in my items. Any papers I print are from companies that allow the sale of hand crafted items using their images. As well as cards of all sizes I also use my papercrafting skills to decorate boxes, wooden shapes and canvases, this the part of my business I’m hoping to expand so keep an eye on my shop for new projects.
I love custom making cards to match a persons likes and hobbies, I’ve made cards with steam trains, flowers, lots of different sports and in all colours of the rainbow. I can take a photograph of someone and use it to make a truly unique and personal card so if you don’t see what you want in my shop please feel free to message me and I’ll try to match your requirements (for copyright reasons I can’t use celebrities or film/TV characters, if you want me to use a photograph it must be one you own the copyright of or have permission to use)
Any Data I receive is kept on a password protected computer or in a locked filing box if printed out. It will be used by myself to complete and post your order, a copy of order and payment will be filed in my accounts for tax purposes. I do not pass any details to 3rd parties unless needed to do so by law.
All items are posted the within 3 working days unless custom-made or made-to-order.
I use Royal Mail standard first class service.
I re-use packaging materials where possible to keep the p&p costs down so the jiffy bag or box your order arrives in may have been used before (however I make sure everything is clean and fit for purpose)
If you change your mind please return the items to me in the same condition you received them so I can place them back on sale, you are responsible for paying return postage but I will refund your purchase price and initial postage once the items arrive back with me (or proof of postage to my address is provided)
If an item arrives damaged then please contact me and I will issue a full refund, if possible please send photos of the damage (I may need these to get my compensation from Royal Mail) please do not dispose of anything including any packaging until I say it's ok to do so (I may ask you to return them to me to help with my claim but will refund any postage charges)
Please note personalised and custom made items will not be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged
