Once payment has cleared orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. For protection all greeting cards are individually placed in a cellophane sleeve then shipped in a hard backed envelope for single items or a box for multiple items. All orders are shipped by First Class Royal Mail. UK delivery normally arrives within 1-3 business days from dispatch date, excluding busy periods. Overseas orders normally arrive within 5-10 business days from dispatch date, excluding busy periods.
To request a return please contact me immediately. If your order is faulty, damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase I will do my utmost to resolve the situation. By sending a replacement if available or offering a refund. Please note that the colours of some of the products may vary on different devices, this is not considered as a fault with the product. If you are offered a refund the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. If the goods are not in a resaleable condition no refund will be given. I do not take responsibility for return postage costs. Refunds will be processed to your account within 7-10 business days.
