*JUST ONE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH *
This lamp, ‘Going for Gold’, is my tribute to Katarina Johnson-Thompson, Britain’s incredible, tenacious athlete and former World Heptathlon Champion, as well as to anyone who has persevered through adversity to achieve their goal—no matter how small or large that goal may seem.
Throughout Katarina Johnson-Thompson’s career she has suffered more than her fair share of adversity, with injuries and major championships heartbreak, but it all came right in Doha, Qatar to spectacular effect on 4th October 2019 when she won the world heptathlon title.
The lamp is constructed from painted, British-made iron and brass pipe fittings. It has an integrated touch-sensor switch which gives three levels of brightness when anywhere on the metal body of the lamp, or hurdle, is touched.
An engraved brass plaque (100mm x 20mm) is also available to add personalisation to the lamp for a small extra cost.
The 3-core electrical cable is encased in a hard-wearing, braided, polyester sleeve and is fitted with a 3 amp, UK plug. The lamp comes with a FREE 40W, retro Edison filament bulb.
*PLEASE NOTE: This lamp is constructed when ordered, so please allow up to 14 days. As the lamp is constructed from industrial components and reclaimed wood, the final piece might differ slightly from that shown in the images*
*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If you are outside the UK mainland then please email firstname.lastname@example.org for information on shipping charges and electrical adaptations required for your particular country. Thanks!
