Returns can not be accepted for earrings due to health and safety. Returns due to faults or damages must be notified on receiving product. Please notify of damages/returns As soon as possible or within 7 working days of receiving the item. If later than this it will be down to my discretion as weather to repair, replace or refund the item. If damages are due to your incorrect wearing of the item or use of chemicals while wearing the item a return will not be accepted. Please return the item in the same way and condition it was sent to you and using a signed for or insured postal service. Return postage will not be refunded. Bespoke made to order items can not be returned unless damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
