All of our items are handmade to order. Usually orders are completed and dispatched within 5 - 7 days.
During our busier periods e.g. Christmas, Halloween, Easter etc we do request you allow 7-10 days for us to dispatch your order
All items are shipped via Royal Mail using a 48hr trackable shipping method. Tracking information will be forwarded to you once your product has been handed over to Royal Mail
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of personalised products unless an error has been made on our behalf. When providing personalisation instructions. Please ensure all spelling and punctuation is correct before checking out as corrections can not be made once printed.
All other items can be returned provided they are in an unused condition and in their clear packaging. When returning please include a note with your name and address so that we can match your return to your order. Also please state whether you require a refund or exchange. This will help speed up our refund/exchange procedure.
Please note unless an error has been made on our behalf customers will be responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service for insurance puposes should your item be lost in transit.
