Refunds & Returns
If you're unhappy with your order or service you've received please get in touch with us by email at email@example.com.
We are unable to accept returns, or provide refunds, in respect of personalised products, unless the product is defective or we are otherwise in breach of our agreement with you and are obliged to do so.
To obtain a refund you must return the product(s) to us in the same condition in which you received them within 14 days. We will examine the returned product(s) and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned to us because of change of mind will be refunded minus any delivery costs. Return costs for change of mind products are expected to be paid for by you, the customer. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of any delivery charges for sending the item to you and the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. (may we suggest sending items back to us via 2nd class Royal Mail)
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Please note delivery times are based on the Royal Mail so from time to time can vary. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. We do not offer refunds for items that don't arrive on time unless the item is returned.
We ship all of our orders using Royal Mail and very occasionally our products don't reach their intended recipient. In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive when expected please get in touch by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, missing orders can only be investigated/resolved within 30 days of the original shipping/dispatch date. If it has been more than 30 days since the original shipping date, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please contact Noodle Poodles to notify us of this. If the order has not been dispatched the order will be cancelled and a refund given. Please be aware that orders are usually sent within 24 hours, if this is the case a refund will be given following the Returns Policy above.
