Sculptech 3D Prints is a small family run business which was formally est 2020, however we have been selling products online in other forums for much longer. We use high quality Prusa 3D printers and CNC machining throughout our printing process to refine and ensure that we deliver the best quality items to our customers. We pride ourselves on offering excellent products at a reasonable price as we believe in value for money. All items are well packaged and shipped via Royal Mail. We are happy to answer any questions that you may have.
When you place your order we will receive your name, address and email only. These will be used only to for-fill your order and will not be passed to third parties. We will retain details of your order in our database and these details can be made available to you on request.
The Order you place with us, Sculptech 3D Prints via the NuMonday website constitutes an offer to purchase the Goods or Services in accordance with these Conditions. Please read and check your order before placing it, as you are responsible for ensuring that the terms of the order are correct.
All Orders placed are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that you have been able to place an order for an item that is not available from stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss either amending or cancelling your order. If your order is cancelled at this time you be be refunded in full.
We only accept Orders originating from and for delivery to UK addresses.
Images of the goods on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Representations of colour online are as accurate as our photographic and electronic processes will allow. Please note that colour online can also be affected by the calibrations of different output devices.
All weights and sizes are supplied as a guide only but are as approximate as possible.
In the event that there are any errors regarding the price or description of goods, we reserve the right to correct that price or description and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. We will cancel your order and you will be refunded in full.

The price of the goods includes delivery charge.
Secure payment is made via Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1.
Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the goods to the delivery address given in the order.
The goods will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
We aim to dispatch your order within one working day, but during peak times it may take a little longer.
By recycling packaging we are not only helping the environment but able to keep costs down. This allows us to pass these savings onto our customers. Please not that all items are sold with free delivery included. Our Free Of Charge delivery service is dispatched via 2nd Class Royal Mail standard deliveries within the UK only. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate. Please be aware that Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service can take up to 5 working days. This is under the terms of Royal Mail and is out of our control.
We gladly accept returns, please contact us within: 14 days of delivery, items must be returned within: 30 days of delivery. We will not refund return postage unless the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt.
Conditions of return -
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
