Face masks are re-usable, washable (fabrics have been pre-washed & shrunk in hand hot water), made in three layers of quality fabric with a built in filter pocket and exclusive print, inspired by lace motifs & Frida Kahlo:

• Top layer of slipper satin in cotton/polyester mix.
• Interlined with cotton organza & lined with soft cotton jersey for comfort
• Hugs the face well.
• Has elastic ear loops, you can set to desired length.
• Hidden metal strip over the nose to pinch to shape.

SIZING – UNISEX ADULT:

WASHING:

Hand wash in hot, soapy water, taking care not to over rub or crunch up the motif/design/slogan and drip dry. Do not iron over motif, elastic or edging.
Between washes you can hold your mask over steam or spray with alcohol over 60% proof.

WEARING MASKS CORRECTLY:

• Put your mask on with clean hands, pinching the nose to fit,
• Refrain from touching it whilst wearing it (so it has to be comfortable),
• When you want to take it off, sanitise your hands & then take it off,
• Seal it straight back in it’s carry pouch.

Wash your mask & change your chosen filter regularly.

*The filter layer included, is a free gift with your purchase and is cut from a hepa vacuum cleaner bag – there is research for this filter type for use in masks. It is up to the customer whether they feel the filter will be useful to them or to find an alternative. Terms and Conditions

These wings are made to order (unless marked as in stock). I don't accept returns or exchanges unless there has been an error on my part. Wings will of course be replaced, should your wings be defective upon arrival. I always aim to give excellent customer service, so please contact me if you have any problems with your wings but remember that they are relatively fragile & careful usage should avoid damage. My FAOs should answer any questions you may have prior to purchase. FAQ's: Custom and personalised orders Of course. Just email & tell me what you're thinking. What are they made of & how do I clean them? My wings are made of flexible acetate with a vinyl design & wired along the top of each edge. Gently wipe over with a damp cloth or dust as needed. Safety & damage warnings Water photoshoots, etc. They have not been tested in water: submerge wings in water at your own risk. Heat Please, for your own safety & because the wings could melt or warp, do not get close to open fire sources like fire pits, bonfires, open fires. BBQs, etc. when wearing your wings or leave near any of these or a hot radiator, leave in a hot car, etc. Wind Gentle breezes cause wings to flutter beautifully. I strongly suggest not wearing wings when it is windy/gusty to avoid damage. I would guess they behave similarly to an umbrella. Children These wings are not toys, IF you use on children for photoshoots as photographic props, please note you do so at your own risk, exercise care & please supervise whilst in use. Do you make wings for children? No. These wings are not intended for use by children & have not been submitted for the testing required to use them as toys or dress up/children's costume. *If using as photographic prop on children, you assume all the risk, Chantal Mallett/Fairy Fantasia Wings is not responsible for accidents incurred, so please supervise children when shooting. I see you do not accept returns. What if my item arrives faulty or damaged? All wings are made to order, therefore I do not accept returns if you change your mind. If wings arrive faulty or damaged, please contact me within 7 business days of delivery to discuss & arrange replacement. Where can I see samples of all the colour options? Check out the video in my 'About' section in this shop. Gift wrapping and packaging I have chosen the most sensible shaped box & double box for strength & they are sent in a plastic mail bag too, so they should arrive undamaged & dry. Your wings are sent as five flat packed pieces & will come wrapped in pretty tissue paper, with assembly instructions. If you wish me to add a gift card to a parcel, please let me know. Are they difficult to assemble? No. Its super quick & easy to assemble & disassemble your new wings. Your satin bound 'U' brace is hollow & the four wings simply plug in to each side. Plug in the larger top wing first with the front towards you (that's the side with the vinyl pattern applied to it), the rubber stop is your guide to how far to plug in (until the rubber edge of the plug meets the top of your brace). Then repeat with the bottom wing, again front facing you, plugging the bottom wing in front of the upper wing. Gently but firmly push the lower wing down until the top of the rubber on the plug matched the edge of the brace (you will feel resistance but they have to be a tight fit in order to not move around). Your wing plugs should be wide side facing you. How do I take my wings apart? Gently but firmly unplug each wing from the brace. Are they fragile? They are not nearly as fragile as some. Ultimately my advice is to wear & treat them with respect & care, they are made of transparent acetate to keep them light & airy, as per a fairy look) so they are not heavy duty or indestructible. They will not crease up, get split or collapse like fabric or lighter film wings may. They can be scratched up or dented & the surface vinyl pattern damaged if scrapped or dented. They can be bent or dented & form a permanent bend/dent if you sit on them, trap them in a door - all the things you would expect would damage them. Be kind to them, think more wearable art than fancy dress & they will serve you well x
