We want you to be pleased with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. You have 14 days after receiving your item in which to contact us.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping we require you contact us within 5 days of delivery and will work quickly to resolve the issue
To cancel an order please contact Joystitchworks ([email protected]) as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you (less shipping costs).
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Once we have received your item we will immediately notify you on the status of the refund or replacement item once it has completed our verification process. If your refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies Shipping charges are non-refundable however we will gladly refund your original shipping costs if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.
