My masks are double layer cotton with a pocket to put your choice of filter in. Elastic around the ears, they also have a soft bendable nose piece and are fully washable and reusable. (Do not iron the elastic or bendy nose piece).
Made to order in a large choice of cotton fabric designs. ALL new material received has been steam cleaned on arrival, the masks are then steam cleaned before sending and packed in cellophane.

Handmade in PAR, Cornwall – As these are made to order please allow a few days to receive your order.
PLEASE NOTE – These are NOT medical Grade Masks.
Masks can help you not to touch your face
Wearing a mask may help with social distancing – reminding people to keep their distance
They do not remove the need to wash your hands frequently.
Due to the nature of this product, there is a no return policy. However as always,please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Terms and Conditions

Some items are made to order so please allow for this when ordering especially at busy times.
If you require something within a set timescale please do pop a message in the comment box along even the your order.
I can send to elsewhere for you and I provide tissue wrapping and a message of your wording at no extra cost for my customers.
I can personalise most products with names or wording - please message prior to ordering to receive a special order to include this.
If a product should not arrive, I need to go through the post office claim procedure prior to an immediate replacement being made.

Shipping Policy

I aim to ship ASAP - if there are postal strikes I am happy to use a courier as an alternative. If required please contact me direct prior to your order as the shipping is set for Royal Mail costs when I list my products .

Return Policy

If you have an issue with a product purchased please do contact me to discuss and I will do my very best to resolve the issue.
Orders that have been made to order can only be returned if found faulty.
