How do we collect information from you? We obtain information about you when you contact us to place an order, or ask about products, services, advice and events. The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number and the nature of your enquiry or details of your order. Telephone orders made with credit/debit/AMEX cards are processed and then the card details are destroyed. How is your information used?
