All items are checked prior to being sent out to the customer. No returns will be accepted if any item has been purposely damaged, altered, used and damage has occurred whilst using the item. All items listed have full descriptions and customers should ensure they read all the information, look at all the photos and ask questions prior to purchasing. Any problems / queries need to be addressed to ClaireLousVenture within 3 days of receiving the item. A refund will only be given if the item is received damaged by the buyer, refunds will not be issued if the problem is based on the buyer not oberserving all photos and reading the descriptions fully.
