Mixed vine fruits & walnuts are baked in a rich mixture of butter, muscavado sugar and egg to give a luxurious decadent tart.
Would make an excellent alternative Christmas pudding for those that want something a little lighter.
Yummy either warm or cold, served with cream or ice-cream!
