Bows vary in style, colour & size (0.5 – 2 inches)

Bandana length-
Small – 37cm
Medium – 56cm
Large – 75cm
Measurements may vary slightly due to being handcut, they are cut using pinking shears to prevent fraying. Fabric may vary depending on availability of stock.

Terms and Conditions

PLEASE NOTE - When using bandanas on white/light coloured dogs. The colour in the fabric may run if it gets wet, which can transfer onto a white/light dogs coat.

Lost or Missing orders -
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, 2nd class standard delivery (orders under £20), proof of postage will be retained, or 2nd class recorded (orders over £20).
If an item gets lost/stolen or damaged in transit you will need to contact the Royal Mail and follow the lost letters & parcel policy.

Please contact us directly and we can pass proof of postage details & the website link.

We will NOT refund lost/stolen items, or items that have been damaged in transit through the Royal Mail.

Free delivery promotions-
If your item is subject to a free delivery promotion - it will be sent 2nd class standard delivery - we will obtain a proof of postage from Royal Mail.
Any items lost/stolen/damaged in transit with the Royal Mail will need to be claimed direct by you the customer.
Please contact us and we will provide the proof of postage.
We will NOT refund items lost/stolen/damaged whilst in transit with the Royal Mail.

Shipping Policy

Parcels will be shipped within 2 working days via Royal Mail, 2nd class standard (orders under £20) 2nd class recorded (orders over £50).

Items with free delivery (promotional items) will be sent 2nd class standard delivery within 2 working days.

Bespoke orders - if extra time is required to make the order, this will be discussed/agreed prior to purchase.

Return Policy

In the event you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item/s within 7 days.

To be eligible for a refund, the item/s must be unused & in the same condition as you received them.

If you would like to start a return, please email sianiedriver@hotmail.com with your order number. You will be sent details on the process & where to send the package.

All items must be sent recorded delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage, unless there has been a mistake from the seller.

Once the item has been received & inspected, a refund will be issued. If the item is in the original condition.

Please check your goods once received, if any item has arrived damaged please contact us immediately so we can resolved the issue as soon as possible.

Bespoke items are non refundable.
