Description

20oz tumbler with slide lid and straw keeps your beverage at a perfect temperature in any weather, hot or cold. High grade stainless steel guarantees that it is durable enough for everyday use. Spill proof cap however i would highly recommend keeping the tumbler upright when in use, especially with hot beverages as leaks can happen.

The tumbler design is created by sublimation printing, this method transfers an image onto a fabric or material by using heat and pressure.
Hand wash only.

The tumbler comes with a straw.

Please be aware the colour you see on screen may differ to the colour on the tumbler due to screen monitor resolution.

Terms and Conditions

All my products have been decorated by hand with love. All hand made items may contain small imperfections.
T-shirts/tote bags/fabric items are to be washed inside out on a cool setting and ironed on the reverse.

Drinks tumblers are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. Hand wash ONLY. Do NOT soak and avoid prolonged extreme temperatures (hot and cold). As long as the lid is correctly fitted and closed, they are all leak resistant but they are not 100% guaranteed to be leak proof.

If a custom item is required (such as adding a name, decal, specific design etc.) then it may take up to 2 - 4 weeks for your order to be completed depending on my order waiting list. I will be able to give you a more accurate time frame when your order is received.

All custom orders must be paid in full up front before any work commences.

I aim to ship the Ready To Ship items within 2 full working days upon receipt of your order.

Postage is at the buyer's expense via the Royal Mail service within the UK depending on order.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check the delivery address details are correct at time of check out, I am not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names or addresses.

If you order more than one item going to the same delivery address, please email me at sales.samwaterscreations@gmail.com BEFORE purchasing as I will combine postage for you.

Return Policy

Return Policy
All custom made items are non refundable unless proven faulty.

Returns of ready to ship items are accepted providing you contact me via sales.samwaterscreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and item/s are returned within 14 days of delivery.

If you are returning an item, please make sure it is packaged well as I cannot give refunds if items are returned damaged. I also highly recommended you keep proof of posting.

All item must be returned in pristine, unused condition in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs
