We do however encourage the customer to contact us in the first instance to resolve any problems with their purchase. Personalised art can't be refunded. Any postage costs to return an item is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be made for the cost of the item once it has been received by the seller and it has been confirmed that it is in the same condition as when it was packaged for postage.Star Blossom Art are not responsible for any damage caused to the purchase which have occurred whilst being shipped.
