My order that was placed on the 14th May has not arrived. I’ve chased the seller direct on two occasions but no reply. I escalated this to nuMONDAY direct through a messenger message which has been seen but not response either. I fully understand delays during the current situation but to be ignored is not acceptable. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present. I want a full refund please!
