We always take the upmost care with our products and we hope that it shines through. However, some things are out of our control:
If your item doesn't arrive due to being lost we will discuss with you whether you would prefer a replacement or refund at no expense to yourselves.
If your item arrives damaged, we will again offer a replacement or refund but we will require a photograph of the item. This is just to see whether the damage was caused by a structural technique or a packaging problem.
We do not offer refunds on unwanted items. We would rather you come to us first and have a thirty minute discussion (or however long it takes) on whether the purchase is right for you, rather than a mistake being made, especially with the more expensive items like paintings.
