The intention of Pypog is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Pypog cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages where information may come from third parties such as suppliers and manufacturers. All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

As part of the secure ordering process you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number as also record with your bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or even result in you bank declining payment. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges and Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 14 working days. Dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. No liability will attach to us if delivery periods or dates are not met. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding this matter.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery. Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Delivery of goods: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 14 days from the expected delivery date.

Cancellation of Orders & Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible as we will require any returns to be returned to us within 14 days working days from the date after the delivery date. Personalised items are non returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.

If you no longer want your order and it has been personalised (whether it has left us or not) we won’t be able to offer a credit or a refund. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its original box and packaging. For full details of how to return and order please contact us. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.

For cancellations of orders, amendments to orders or changes or corrections to personalisation please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. Beyond this point we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order if the order has been passed to our team to personalise and/or despatch your item(s).

For items with no personalisation – if goods aren’t returned within 14 days after you have first informed us that you wish to cancel, we reserve the right to arrange collection of the item from you and to charge you for such collection (this does not apply to any items which have been personalised).

Goods received back incomplete, damaged, or in used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to you or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 15% of the invoice price.

Intellectual Property, Software and Content

The intellectual property rights of all software and content (including images) made available to you on or through this website, emails, marketing and our social media platforms remains the property of Pypog’s licensor's or owners and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Pypog or their respective owners. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial purposes.

Linking to Pypog

You may link to our website on the provision that you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Links must not be used in any way that indicates or suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must only link from any website that is owned or operated by you or you have authority to act on that websites behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permissions without notice and may ask you to remove any links to our website at our discretion.

We also reserve the right to remove content at our discretion, or where that content is hosted on third party sites, ask for the content to be removed.

Other Terms

All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. It's the users responsibility to ensure they act within the laws of the UK and the users respective territories.

From the time of despatch of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities. We will issue you with an invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

If you supply an incorrect shipping address you the customer are liable for postage costs to post item again once item is returned to sender. If items are personalised you are not entitled to a refund but if goods are not personalised you are entitled to the cost of the item minus our postage and packaging costs of £3.50 once item has been returned upon receipt of goods.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

We use Royal Mail 2nd class postage, if you require a different service please email us pypoguk@ gmail.com.
We aim to dispatch mugs within 3 working days of cleared payment unless stated in listing.
Clothing items and memorial items take up to 7 working days to dispatch.

Return Policy

Order Cancellation & Returning Goods

We do not give refunds on digital downloads.

If you are not totally satisfied with any products that have not been engraved, customised or otherwise personalised, you can return them within 14 working days, starting from the day after the day of delivery, for a refund or credit. It is your responsibility to return the items in pristine condition and in original boxes and packaging. PLEASE contact us to arrange returns before posting.

The cost of returning goods is to be met by you. We advise that you obtain proof of postage and return the items via a reputable courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged (if we are not notified of damages in advance and the reason for return was due to the reported damage).

Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been personalised for you.

Please notify us as soon as possible when you wish to cancel an order that has not been despatched. If an order has been personalised unfortunately you will be unable to cancel or edit the personalisation.

Faulty Goods Policy

If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, we will meet the cost of return if we ask you to return them. We may ask you to email photographs in the first instance.

We shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
