My patterns are written in English language only. The crochet stitches are in UK terminology with a simple conversion table included in each pattern if you are more familiar with US crochet stitch terms. This pattern is written in two sizes, 0-6 months and 6-12 months
Stitches you need to know are (UK terms)
Half treble crochet
1 x 100g ball Baby Double Knitting wool (USA light worsted) for the soles and uppers. A little ‘towelling type’ wool for the upper strap.
I used Stylecraft Bambino Double Knitting (Denim Dungarees) and Patons Smoothie Double Knitting (White)
A small amount of Bernat Pipsqueak added the towelling effect on the upper. (Using regular yarn instead will give you two sporty stripes)
Basic knowledge of sewing is required to hand finish
