One of my new Cornish Slate and Sea Glass Collection pieces.
A naturally shaped piece of Cornish slate suspended from a length of leather cord, the length is adjustable as it is simply a knotted fastening. The slate is wire wrapped in blue and has a decorative small spiral at top, and two larger spirals on top of the piece of pale green sea glass.
The slate piece measures 4 cm x 3 cm at its widest point.
All measurements are approximate.
This item can be shipped outside the UK, please message me for details.
All my jewellery is hand made, and, due to the natural colouring of the crystals used, many of my pieces are one of a kind.
I am happy to take custom orders, so if you see something you like but perhaps you would prefer a different stone, or sterling silver instead of silver-plate, just send me a message and we can discuss your requirements.
Sea Moon Designs is just me, Hazel Taylor, a qualified further education/adult tutor, crystal healer and stress aromatherapist, and a self-taught crafter. Having been a ‘crafty’ person for as far back as I can remember, never happier than when fiddling about making things and dabbling in up-cycling jewellery, I first started making crystal jewellery in 2009 for myself, my family and close friends.
Making jewellery made me want to try my hand at making more adventurous projects, from mobiles and small wall hangings, to wind chimes, and more recently candle holders. From that point on, I dreamed about having my own business. I continue to maintain my use of natural resources, avoiding plastics and man-made resins as much as possible, and, as is the way when using natural materials, no two items made are ever exactly the same.
All products are hand made by Sea Moon Designs and incorporate various natural resources, personally collected on various rambles around the country; most products also incorporate natural and/or tumbled crystals. I endeavour to keep my packaging as minimal and Eco-friendly as possible by recycling and reusing packaging, and my aim is for all my packaging materials, business cards etc to be made of recycled and recyclable materials by the end of this year.
Although not currently listed in my shop, I offer various crystal healing therapies, including workshops for one-to-ones and small groups. If this interests you, please feel free to message me on here for full details, or email me at [email protected]
