We agree that the buyer has right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way (this is the consumer’s right in UK law).
Buyers have the right to do this up to 14 days after the receipt of the items and a full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the buying providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner.
The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of return postage.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
