All items are checked prior to being sent out to the customer.
All items listed have full descriptions and customers should ensure they read all the information, look at all the photos and ask questions prior to purchasing. Any problems / queries need to be addressed to Blisscohan within 3 days of receiving the item. No returns excepted unless based on sufficient proof and reason. We will consider each case individually should you feel a return is warranted.
A full refund will only be given if the item is received damaged by the buyer .
No returns will be accepted if any item has been purposely damaged, altered, used and damage has occurred whilst using the item.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
