Description
This is a traditional, handmade Christmas card with a rich vintage feel and a luxurious red, green and gold colour scheme.
The card has a scalloped cream border surrounding a deep burgundy-red frame. Inside is a beautiful red, green and cream tartan/plaid background, giving it a cosy traditional Christmas appearance.
Across the top is a raised burgundy panel with elegant gold script lettering reading “Merry Christmas.”
Hanging beneath the greeting are three dimensional Christmas ornaments:
Two round, metallic-style baubles with intricate gold reindeer and snowflake designs
A warm gold-toned bauble featuring a reindeer and snowflake motif
A decorative black Christmas tree covered in intricate gold festive detailing
The ornaments appear to be suspended from delicate cream ribbon, creating a lovely hanging-decoration effect.
✨ Inside of the card
The inside continues the cream scalloped border and has a large decorative panel in deep forest green.
The panel is surrounded by an intricate vintage-style Christmas foliage border featuring holly, berries and swirling decorative details.
On the left is an arched cream panel containing a Christmas poem titled “Christmas Cheer.” The verse celebrates Christmas, joy, laughter, family, festive traditions and making happy memories.
On the right is a matching arched panel featuring a beautiful vintage Christmas illustration of holly, red berries and golden bells.
There is still plenty of cream space below the artwork for a personal handwritten message.
