1.2 Information relating to an individuals or organisations style, colour, branding & design preferences as well as interests and hobbies may also be collected as part of any design / project brief.

When someone visits www.quillsweddingstationery.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

2.1 Information is held in electronic format on password protected databases, and or by third party CRM systems, which are legally bound to encrypt all data stored.
2.2 We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services clients have requested, to keep them up-to-date with any offers we believe may be of interest to them, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies.
Data will be deleted after it is no longer necessary for us to retain, or immediately upon request in compliance with your data protection.
