All items are handmade and therefore individual. This also means that they may have slight imperfections - this is what makes them hand made and unique rather than perfect and mass produced.
If multiples of the same item are ordered I will try to match them up as best as possible but due to the handmade nature of the product they will not be exactly the same.
I use recycled packaging and end of line stock to keep costs down. Please be aware that because of this, I may no be able to produce more than one of some items.

I will email you with a picture of your finished item for approval. If you require any changes please let me know.
Please allow 7 working days for your item to be made and shipped.
I will email to confirm that your item has been shipped.
I will only accept returns if the item has been damaged in transit. Please be aware that as the items are hand made there will be slight imperfections and as such this is not an excuse to return it. I will do what I can to ensure that the imperfections are minimal (but these are what make it hand made and not mass produced). I will also do what I can to assist you if there is a problem following shipping.
