We cannot be responsible if you have sent more than one set of engraving requirements and we have engraved the first details you sent, so make sure you check your details carefully before sending the message.

Return Policy

We are a small family run business and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Should you receive your item and are not satisfied please let us know via message and include a picture if your item is damaged/not as you expect. All our items are made especially for you and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable. If we have made an error we will happily send out replacements but no refunds will be offered. All return postage costs to us if a photo cannot be provided as evidence of a fault/ you are not satisfied will be the buyer’s responsibility.
