Whilst we endeavor to make the highest quality products with our customers in mind, we would not expect you to receive any faulty or damaged goods. It is our wish that you would be delighted by your Purchase. However
in the event you do happen to receive a damaged product in damaged package, please photograph and notify us at your earliest convenience (normally within 24 hours of receipt of the item). We will arrange for return and send you a replacement ASAP.
EARRINGS unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons. If you have a query about earrings please contact us and we will be happy to help.
