Every candle is unscented (more friendly for allergics and asthmatics). They are indoor candles, made from the highest quality components.
Making them was a long process, demanding many hours of work (hand poured, hand engraved, hand painted by a coloured wax, hand finished etc).
Each of them is approximately 12cm high, 8cm in diameter and weigh ~ 580g.

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you are my customer:
-making orders (incl. the commission orders);
-purchasing the item;
-to deliver your purchases to you;
-using repair services;
-sending you an information by an email about new products and services;
-sending you service messages by e-mail such as order updates;
Personal information may include your name, mobile/home number, address, email address and images you are the owner of, wish to use with the COMMISSION ORDERS and you agree/not agree to put them in the public on social media.
I also collect information when you send any of direct messages to me (social media, mobile, what's app, email) and provide feedback. As proof of purchase and a way to learn and improve communication with you (a potential client).
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services however, UK tax law requires me to keep your personal information (your name, billing/shipping address, payment details and email address) for a minimum of 6 years after which it will be destroyed.
All this information has IT and paperwork versions of it, and both are kept secured. The ones who have access to view your personal information are me, an authorized editor, my trusted accountant at office Miltax Ltd and Revenue Office.
I do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party – including your name, address, email address or credit card information.

I reserve the right to change my privacy policy, whilst of course keeping it within all relevant legislation and guidelines. What are "cookies"?
Cookies are small text files that record user activity online. What type of "cookies" do Floral Flames use and how are they used?
Cookies save basic statistics about visits and PHPSESSID.
Personal data is not saved in these files.

In addition, the data of the user who filled out the order form is saved to cookies (cookies) but at some point gave up its further filling to go to another subpage. Such data will be stored only until the browser is turned off. If the customer in the basket presses the "remember basket" button, a cookie will be created that will store the encrypted id of the temporary order for 72 hours. The script also stores in the session variable (sessions) the id of a temporary order if the user adds a product to the basket. The storage of this data is required for the script to function properly and complete the ordering process.

Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions before you buy anything on my site, and double check that the products contain everything that you want and nothing that you are not willing to agree to.

If you buy goods on my sites, you agree to be legally bound by these T&C and any documents referred to in them.
You may only buy goods from my sites for non-business reasons.
The T&C are only available in English. No other languages will apply to the T&C.
I don't accept any form of anti-social behavior on my sites

My products are 100% hand made and some of them are made with:
- 85% high quality paraffin wax, with the oil content of 0.5% (some products up to 1%), and 15% of stearic acid;
- 100% high quality paraffin wax (oil content 0.5%);
- 100% of soy wax;
- candles > best quality WEDO wicks (certified according to EN ISO 9001:2008).
Option ‘vegan friendly’ available: pure paraffin or soy wax.

Due to the use of different monitors and light effects, the actual colour of the item might be slightly different from the colour seen on the picture.
Because of the nature of handmade goods, the given size is approximate and may vary 1-1.5 cm.
Each product must be used accordingly to its purpose and to the warning label attached to every product.
The time of burning is the maximum time of a single burning.

Currently, I am only selling within the UK.
You can buy my products by either purchasing on my nuMONDAY shop (1), making an order on my Facebook Page/Instagram account (2) or visiting local markets (3).
(1) On my nuMONDAY shop, using ‘add to cart button’ and going follow the next instructions.
(2) On my Facebook Page/Instagram account you can order my products using the message button in the Facebook shop or sending me a message with the details of ordered item.
The prices shown on the Facebook page shop don’t include delivery or postage costs.
Depending on availability and the level of difficulty, the realization of an order may take from 3 to 14 business days from the date of purchase.
Be aware that during pre-Christmas time, the time of waiting may be even longer.
This doesn’t include the time of the postage arrival.
(3) Information about the next upcoming market can be found on the Facebook cover picture (which is at the top of the page). As well as, in posts at the end of each month or during the first days of a new month.
Alternatively, you can personally ask me about the dates by calling or sending me a message (Facebook, Messenger, email).

Special orders that include personal messages like names, dates and images along with orders with a large number of personalized items, have an individual price, delivery time, payment and refund policy. If necessary, please ask for further details by contacting me by one of the options given above.
You must be the owner of the image/picture (copyright) confirmed by a statement from you accompanying said picture/image that you send me with an email. E.g. “I am the owner of the following pictures/images.”
Sending the picture, you agree for it be edited if necessary, to make essential corrections e.g. removing the background, to light up or sharpen the image.
Placing the commission order means that you have agreed to use your photo as the image of your commission order (only).
I have the right to refuse orders with obscene/offensive pictures or messages.
The commission orders with personal messages; names, dates, images/pictures or large orders need to be prepaid at least the minimum 50% of the total value, this will be non-refundable if cancelled/returned by buyer.
Buying on Facebook or Instagram, after the final agreement, you will receive the summary of details like item description, agreed terms of payment and delivery options, with an order number (that acts as a reference number) which you will need for a payment description.
Buying on my nuMONDAY shop:
You need to send a high quality picture/pictures to me via email: candles@floralflames.co.uk with the name of the item (lantern) and the clear statement that you are the owner of this/these picture/es.
I will check the quality of your picture and will respond to you as fast as it is possible and confirm that you can now purchase the item.
Prices are clearly stated and do not include VAT as Floral Flames - Art Candles & Lanterns is not a VAT registered company.
-If you’re purchasing by my nuMONDAY shop, I accept payments by debit cards (follow displayed instruction);
-At local markets, I accept payments by cash or credit/debit cards, via iZettle terminal, on the day.
Please note, I can't guarantee proper internet connection and sometimes the payment cannot be taken.
Cash payment receipts are available for your demand. Receipts from credit/debit card payments will be sent to your email, or as a text message to your mobile phone, immediately after typing the correct email address or mobile phone number on my terminal.
-If you’re purchasing by Facebook message or Instagram message, I accept payments via Bank Transfer.
With summary of your order, along with the number and the amount of payment (with the details), you will get all essential information, like the account number and sort-code, allowing you to make the payment.
The order no. is the reference no. used in order to complete the Bank Transfer.
Please keep the bank transfer confirmation of payment. This will be your proof of the purchasing.

Shipping Policy

Currently, I am only selling within the UK.
Because of the size and weight of my products, there is a flat rate of charge of £4.00 PER ITEM (even the same destination address)
-small parcel up to 2 kg will be delivered by ‘Royal Mail Signed For’: 2nd Class within 3-5 working days;
-heavier parcel up to 15 kg will be delivered by MyHermes (signed for);

IMPORTANT! :Please be careful, if the outside of the parcel is damaged, make sure that this fact is noticed and noted BEFORE you put your signature on terminal delivery provider or put alongside it.
I can't approve your complaint if the damage of the parcel was not noticed.

Collection is available only after the written agreement (including date and time) of the both sides

Return Policy

According to The Consumer Contract Regulation 2013, you as the buyer have the right to terminate the contract and return the item, even if the item is not faulty in any way, up to 14 days after the receipt of the item and get a full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage. This refund must be made by me as the seller within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of return postage.

I am only accept returns from the person who bought the item.
I gladly accept returns up to 14 days after purchasing as long as the returned item is unused, undamaged, including the missing parts, and it is in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing or damaged the cancellation can be still accepted but the cost of £1.50 will be taken from the money refund.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform me of your decision to cancel this order by a clear statement on an email to enquiry@floralflames.co.uk as fast as it is possible and it must be done before the cancellation period expires.

To return your purchase, you should address your package to:

Any item returned after 14 days, damaged or not returned in its original condition, will not be refunded.

Because of the nature of all those items, please make sure that they’re properly packaged (safe) and the postage has, a visibly placed 'FRAGILE' warning label on the outside of the addressed box.
I recommend to use trackable shipping service.
I (Floral Flames) will not be held responsible for any returned items not being received.

During maximum of 2 days after the receiving the item(s), I will send you a message with the status of the return, the condition of the returned item (with approval or rejection description) and with the details of refund.
May be rejected if the damage was done by you after the delivery, rather than it had been delivered faulty, which means you still have to pay for the postage.
Refunds can take between 5 and 7 days to process and will be applied to your credit/debit card, original payment method or via Bank Transfer.
The purpose of the inspection is to check whether the goods were used in accordance with the attached instructions.

It is my responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that I have not met my legal obligations please contact me.
I always make sure that every sent item is packed safely and marked correctly as 'fragile'.

Please be careful, if the outside of the parcel is damaged, make sure that this fact is noticed and noted BEFORE you put your signature on terminal delivery provider or put alongside it.
I can't approve your complaint if the damage of the parcel was not noticed.

In the case of damages or faulty items, I would ask you to send me a picture(s), as soon as possible, of the item and damaged packaging with a description including your details and the details of the purchase (e.g. receipt, the number of order, any confirmation of the purchasing) on an email to enquiry@floralflames.co.uk
After receiving the returned, damaged or faulty item, I will make a quick inspection. This is done to check whether the goods were used in accordance with the attached instructions, and after this you will receive a message with an approval or rejection notice and with the details of refund.

Some exchanges are possible but only under an agreement of the both sides, including covering the costs of the postage and packaging (contact me via email to enquiry@floralflames.co.uk).
