Made to order item. PLEASE NOTE – postage is set at 1 mug is £2.95 and up to 3 mugs £4.95 but the website is not calculating the postage correctly, if you see that it is not as stated, please contact me in advance of order.

Butterflies above the clouds, printed professionally from my original watercolour artwork.

You will receive 1 white Devon mug and 1 matching coaster with Butterflies Above the clouds when you order this set ( sorry no biscuits included ).

– 9 oz ceramic mugs, which is dishwasher and microwave safe.
– Height 10cm x Diameter 6.5cm white Devon mug which is a fine “china” styled ceramic
– Coaster is 8.9cm x 8.9cm square.

Although my printer is very fast, and usually (unless there is a stock issue) prints within one day, please allow 7 days for printing and allow 3-4 days for Royal Mail 2nd class signed. Before ordering please check with me if you require this product urgently and I will see what is possible.

Scottish Artist and Designer. I work in watercolour, primarily, but love mixed media and often add some gold gouache and fine liner pen to my original artworks. My artwork has been scanned and printed onto a variety of useable artwork- you no longer just need to put a print on the wall. (All artwork on all items is in focus, but please excuse some of my product photography, my art skills are better than it is.)

I use recycled packaging to wrap your product in, where possible such as reusing plastic bags and bubble wrap, when sending it out to you in the post. You are only ever charged for the postage.

I aim to post out all items the next business day after payment has been received, however, please allow up to 7 working days for despatch. If you do need something straight away, please message me to let me know and 1st class postage can be arranged otherwise I post all items via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Larger items will be sent using Hermes 3-5days delivery signed for tracked delivery or Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, if in stock and coming from me. Made to order and special orders will come directly from my printer, who aims to print and despatch between 7-10 days, if print canvas is in stock, and he uses Royal Mail 2nd class signed for delivery. Contact me for more details on made to order and special order delivery times and stock before ordering. I do my best to update my shop every day, but in the event that an item you have purchased has just sold elsewhere, I will contact you straight away to let you know and to take your advice on whether you want a refund or would like to wait for me to make the item to order for you. Please ensure that you check your email SPAM folder.

Return Policy

I abide by distance selling regulations and if you have received an item that you wish to return, please let me know as soon as possible after you have received the item and, in any event, within 14 days of receipt. You must then arrange to return the item to me within 30 days from receipt. Please make sure that the item/s are kept in an animal and smoke free environment before return or I will not be able to accept them on return if contaminated with either, due to them being made of fabric. Bags and purse zips are checked before sending, but if the item is faulty then I will refund you the cost of the item plus postage and return postage. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, postage will not be refunded. I will check any item you return, if it is faulty as stated, I will refund or replace the item. Please also be aware that monitor settings can make things a different colour than they actually are and occasionally my photos show the colour on my items differently due to different times of day that I may have taken the photograph (sunshine changing the light for example since I’m not a professional photographer), so the colour may not show as a constant throughout. If you are unsure about the colour or need assurance please contact me before purchase as I cannot accept returns due to you feeling that the item is not the exact colour represented in the photo. If I am having an item made for you on a special request (i.e. a design you’d like on an item that I’ve not previously stocked or photographed) I will be unable to photograph it in advance of sending as it will come directly from my printer who makes my items individually for me. However, I will do a photoshop mock up for you in advance to show you what it will look like, the placement of the design on the item and send you photos of the item to approve. If you approve the item, I will not be able to accept returns, due to the item being made to your specification, unless the item is faulty.
