Any images sent to me through the internet or post will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required and ill not be disclosed to anyone without the owner's consent. All personal details will be kept confidential
As all the artwork is done freehand, when an item is sold, I will recreate it, but it will not be identical and the wood maybe different. every effort will be made to create something as close to what the customer wants.
all items will be sent through Royal Mail "signed for"
If anything is damaged in transit, there will be contact details. A conversation would be helpful, but an undamaged copy will be sent on receipt of the damaged item
