If an exchange is required, all customers are to contact Delilah's Dressing Room via our contact form on the Customer Care page.
Customers are to make exchange requests within 7 days of receiving their purchase.
Exchanges will be processed once, original item(s) have been received by Delilah's Dressing Room in all original packaging.
Shipping Fees for the exchange item(s) are to be made by the customer.
If, the customer wishes to exchange for a more expensive item, the customer is liable to pay for the additional cost.
If, the customer wishes to exchange for a less expensive item, the customer will not be refunded the difference.
If, under the circumstance an items arrives to a customer faulty, a replacement item will be sent if it is a manufacturing issue, however an image will be required to be sent to [email protected] as soon as possible.
Replacements will only be made if our team has approved of the fault at issue and images received.
Replacement item(s) will be dispatched within 2 days of Delilah's Dressing Room receiving the faulty/damaged goods in question.
