All bridal accessories are intricately hand-crafted in our studio, current production time is 1-2 week's, however should you need your bridal accessories sooner I will try my best to accommodate, please email us at [email protected] before placing your order, to check we have all components in stock.• UK - all bridal accessories are shipped by either Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery.• Everywhere Else – all bridal accessories are shipped by Royal Mail International Signed for, approximately 7-20 business days; this does not include production time. Please note all delivery times are estimates, I am not responsible for delayed shipping times, and please plan ahead as much as you can and order early, please be aware customs may sometimes cause delays, which is beyond my control. If you need your accessories sooner we can upgrade your shipping, please contact us for a quote and time-scale. The purchaser is responsible for any customs duty, tax or admin fee charged by your specific country, Once you bridal accessories are completed, we will email you to notify you of dispatch, accessories are shipped with insurance and a tracking number.Accessories will only be shipped to your address registered on your credit or debit card, please ensure your correct address is listed on your account. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Here at Lily Rose Tiaras we want you to love your bridal accessories, if for any reason you are not happy with your item a refund will be issued upon return of goods.
Please note Bespoke/custom orders CANNOT BE REFUNDED, custom orders include accessories that have been customised, or made to measure or are not standard colour as listed on each product. Due to hygiene reasons earrings CANNOT be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
In order to obtain a refund, you must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order, and include the reason for your return. In order to process your refund, accessories must be shipped within 30 days of emailing us, all accessories must be returned, unused unworn and in original condition, and suitably packed.
Purchaser has to pay return shipping. Item must be shipped back with suitable insurance and a tracking number, items lost in the post cannot be refunded.
