Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of personalised products unless an error has been made on our behalf. When providing personalisation instructions. Please ensure all spelling and punctuation is correct before checking out as corrections can not be made once printed.
All other items can be returned provided they are in an unused condition and in their clear packaging. When returning please include a note with your name and address so that we can match your return to your order. Also please state whether you require a refund or exchange. This will help speed up our refund/exchange procedure.
