– Nature is my happy place – From the ‘Nature walk’ collection and available as part of a journaling set, this bookmark is printed on plain white card. Tassel colours are assorted, with various shades of green, red, yellow, brown, pink, purple, blue and gold. The colour you receive will be random, but please leave a note with a preference if you have one and I will choose the closest possible!
**During the 2022 Christmas period, all items will be posted 1st class the next day. Custom pet portraits or made-to-order items are sent Tracked 48 within 3-5 days of ordering and receiving reference photos**
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Can be sent Tracked on request and for an additional fee. Great care is taken to package items and keep them safe, however, I cannot be held accountable for the items once they are with Royal Mail, delays and damages are very rare but possible.
I Will happily accept returns if there is a problem with your order, however, any custom/personalised/pet portraits cannot be returned or refunded.

Tiffany does a fantastic job of capturing your pets character from a few photos and will give you the perfect decoration. If you email her or ask in additional comments for specific details she’s more than happy to discuss to make it perfect which is reassuring when wanting bespoke keepsakes of our furry loved ones!
