Say hello to ‘Birdie’, my first golf-themed lamp! Designing & creating a lamp of a golfer—with everything in proportion and the correct stance—was challenging but great fun as well 😃 For me, it’s all about the detail. Hand-making the golf driver to the correct scale was a little tricky, and the golf ball has tiny dimples on the surface (like a real golf ball!) made using a bradawl tool.
The lamp is the perfect gift for that golf-mad loved one or friend! An engraved, personalised brass plaque can also be added to the wooden base if required. This lamp is also touch-sensor—you just have to touch anywhere on the body of the lamp to turn it on and get three levels of brightness.
Other golfing stances can be created—just message me and we can chat about your special bespoke design.
The 3-core electrical cable is encased in a hard-wearing, braided, polyester sleeve and is fitted with a 3 amp, UK plug. The lamp comes with a FREE 40W, retro Edison filament candle-shaped bulb.
