Hi, I live in a market town on the edge of the Cotswolds. I love walking in the countryside with my senior Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

I’ve always enjoyed creating and started making my mini lampshade fairy lights when I found a huge collection of used plastic taster glasses ( courtesy of my daughter!) when we were having a kitchen renovation.

Rather than throw them out, I washed and dried them and covered some in fabric from my stash and created my first set of mini lampshade fairy lights.

I love pairing gorgeous fabrics with trimmings and love the fact that these pieces of plastic are finding a new life!
