How to Order
• Please read the description carefully.
• Choose your colour encasement option ( eg loved ones ashes to be visible/hidden) . NB I cannot accept colour changes after you have ordered.
• Checkout. Remembering to leave me any relevant notes, this would include if you require your jewellery to include two different encasements.
• I will then send you a detailed sending information sheet to enable you to send us your inclusion safely.
• Send your inclusion back via a trackable service (always recommended) and keep your proof of postage. Please check your tracking reference if you would like to know when it has arrived. I will try my best to update you with receipt of inclusion however I may not be able update everyone of arrival during extremely busy periods.
• Once your order is complete, we will send any unused inclusion back to you safely with your order, this is sent via a recorded postal service.
