Description
St Elizabeth of Hungary, Circa 13th Century gained her patronage because although of royal birth she wore simple clothing and would take bread to hundreds of the poorest in the land who came to her gate everyday. It is said, however, that on one occasion Angels descended and made her appear as fair as the lady of Heaven in a dress of golden tissue.
This reimaging of the lovely Elizabeth is a hand silk screen print using contrasting colours and also trimmed with ric rac or bobble braid. This design has been a favourite of mine and also my customers.
Aprons will fit all sizes as they have adjustable neck strap and tie back. Can be washed up to 40 Degrees.
