This Apple & Orange Marmalade is made from thin sliced pieces of Seville Orange peel in an apple jelly.
This gives an interesting combination of sweetness from the jelly and the bitterness of the orange peel.
A great addition to the breakfast table!
It is based on a medieval recipe for “Pippin Marmalaut” in which shreds of orange peel were suspended in Pippin (apple) jelly.
Contains no additives, preservatives, colours, flavours, gelling agents — just fruit & sugar
