My anxiety muff is made from the softest Pom Pom yarn. Originally I made one for a friend’s mum who has dementia. The staff in the care home ensure she is not without it and she uses it as a comforter. It is made like a muff, so you can stick your hands through and feel the soft parcels of fluffiness, and keeps your hands cosy.
Hand washable, dry flat. Do not spin or tumble dry.
