I will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Unfortunately, earrings, for reasons of hygiene, cannot be returned/refunded unless they arrive damaged. If the item arrives damaged please get in touch within 48 hours of receipt of your order stating clearly the damage that has occured.
I gladly accept returns and cancellations. Please Contact me within: 5 days of delivery, Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery, and Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Custom or personalised orders, Perishable products (like food or flowers), Digital downloads and Intimate items(for health/hygiene reasons).
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
