Shipping Policy

Delivery and conditions for personalised items

Our products arw shipped with royal mail 1st ir second class Signed for. The timescale for delivery of personalised products will vary. Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of your order. If you place an order and wish to cancel for any reason please request a cancellation as soon as possible as if your order has go be to production we cannot issue a refund.

Please note there will be no refunds for personalised items unless the items are faulty due to our error.

Damaged Items

Whilst we do take every care to store and pack our items carefully, there are occasions when items do get damaged in the post. In this instance please notify us immediately to agree an exchange or refund. We do ask for photographic proof to issue a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations

We have a 24hour cancellation period for personalised items, due to the nature of our products they are sent to production after this time frame.

Returns

We have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 72 hours of delivery. You must return goods within 7 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product including postage and package. Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.
