Description

A stainless steel, double wall insulated drinks tumbler with plastic lid included.
Tumbler has been wrapped in a multi coloured leopard print fabric, highlighted with orange fine glitter on the base and seam and sprinkled with ultra fine rainbow glitter
Height : 16.3 cm Width : 7.5 cm (will fit in most universal car drinks holders).
Holds approximately 475 mls.
Keeps cold drinks cold for up to 24 hrs and hot drinks hot for up to 12 hrs.
Please note that the lid is leak resistant but NOT leak proof.
This tumbler does not have a shipping box so will be carefully wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap in a postage box so it comes to no harm!

When an order is placed, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from NuMonday. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any issues or queries you may have in relation to that order. Rest assured that I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are a) with delivery companies in order for them to fulfil your order and b) to comply with legal or tax obligations. I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process your transaction.

Terms and Conditions

These tumblers have been decorated by hand with a lot of care and attention to detail. On average each tumbler takes 1 week to produce from initial preparation to the final curing of several layers of epoxy resin applied to protect the design. Each one is unique as I mix my own glitters and never repeat the same mix on another tumbler. All hand made items may contain small imperfections making your cup unique to you. Each tumbler comes with a closable lid with a small hole for a plastic straw (also provided).

Whilst epoxy is durable and shatter resistant, it is NOT shatter proof. Any damage is very difficult to 'repair' and normally ends up being a complete strip and start again, if required, at the customers expense, so please handle with care and do NOT drop!

Please be aware that some tumblers have decoration that may detach over time (such as rhinestones) these may constitute a choking hazard to younger children!

This product is NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. Hand wash ONLY. Do NOT soak and avoid prolonged extreme temperatures (hot and cold).

As long as the lid is correctly fitted and closed, they are all leak resistant but they are not 100% guaranteed to be leak proof.

If a custom tumbler is required (such as adding a name, decal, specific design, specific colour, saying or quote, etc.) then it may take up to 2 - 4 weeks for your order to be completed depending on my order book waiting list. I will be able to give you a better idea when your order is received.

All custom orders must be paid in full up front before any work is commenced and you will receive texts or emails with progress of your order.

Shipping Policy

All tumblers are shipped bubble wrapped in a supply box within a further bubble wrap protective layer in an appropriate sized posting box. I try to use recycled packaging as much as possible.

I aim to ship the RTS (Ready To Ship) tumblers within 2 full working days upon receipt of your order.

Postage is at the buyer's expense via the Royal Mail service within the UK depending on order size.

International postage also available at the buyer's expense along with any additional charges such as VAT, customs duty or handling fees.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check the delivery address details are correct at time of check out.

If you order more than one tumbler going to the same place, please email me at aleecatglitterations@gmail.com BEFORE purchasing as I will combine postage for you.

Return Policy

All custom made tumblers are non refundable unless proven faulty.

Returns of RTS tumblers are accepted providing you contact me via email: aleecatglitterations@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and item/s are returned within 30 days of delivery.

If you are returning an item, please make sure it is packaged well as I cannot give refunds if items are returned damaged. I also highly recommended you keep proof of posting.

All tumblers must be returned in pristine, unused condition in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
