Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order and will be sent out in 5 business days.

STANDARD POSTAGE; I offer standard and tracked postage options. If standard postage is chosen this is not a tracked service , therefore I am not able to give information on where the package is if the package is late or lost. However, I always get proof of postage so that the customer can make a claim on the missing parcel 30 days after it was due to arrive.

TRACKED POSTAGE; This is the safest postage option. If you would like the item tracked and signed for, do request this postage option.

PACKAGING; All items are packaged to fit easily through a letter box if you are not home for delivery.

COMMUNICATION; I will always keep customers up to date with their order and will message when being posted out.
Customers are very welcome to contact me with urgent orders or if they would like sent out on specific day/date.

Return Policy

I want all customers to love their purchase, if not completely happy please contact me to resolve.

I am a small business owner and each piece is carefully hand made to order, taking this into consideration for this reason I’m not issuing refunds.
